focusing on transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). His research concerns mainly the field of human motor control neurophysiology focusing the interest on motor neuron diseases and other rare neuromuscular diseases, peripheral neuropathies, myasthenia gravis, pelvic floor dysfunction and visceral-somaticreflexes in humans, participating in clinical trials in these areas.
His clinical and research interest concerns also in the translational medicine to better understand the molecular basis of motor neuron diseases.
He collaborates in joint research projects with the Prof V. Silani (Istituto di Ricovero e Cura a Carattere Scientifico Istituto Auxologico Italiano, Milan), Prof
