Su appuntamento
Marco Polverini received his Master Degree, magna cum laude, in Telecommunications Engineering, in April 2010 and the Ph.D degree in Information and Communication Engineering in 2014 from University of Rome "Sapienza". Currently, he is a Postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Information, Electronic and Telecommunications engineering (DIET) of University of Rome "Sapienza".
In 2010 he received the Best Master Thesis Award from Rotary Club (link) and in 2014 he received the Best PhD Thesis Award from Gruppo Telecomunicazioni e Tecnologie dell'Informazione (GTTI).
From May to July 2013 he has been a Visitor Student at the School of Computing and Information Sciences (SCSI) of Florida International University (FIU), Miami, FL, under the supervision of Prof. Shaolei Ren.
His main research interests are Routing Protocols for Energy Saving in new generation Telecommunication Networks, Traffic Matrix estimation and Cloud Computing.
