L’insegnamento riguarderà le principali problematiche del diritto amministrativo comparato ed europeo.
Il programma di insegnamento si propone di offrire una conoscenza non solo nozionistica ma anche problematica del diritto amministrativo europeo e comparato, tenendo conto sia dell’evoluzione normativa, sia del determinante apporto dottrinale e giurisprudenziale. L’obiettivo è anche quello di fornire un quadro storico-comparativo che sia attento alle influenze che il diritto dell’Unione europea e il cosiddetto diritto globale esercitano sugli istituti del diritto amministrativo.
Al termine del programma, lo studente che abbia seguito attivamente il Corso di insegnamento potrà essere in grado di applicare le conoscenze acquisite alla soluzione di problemi pratici concernenti i rapporti giuridici tra pubbliche amministrazioni e soggetti privati, ivi incluse le questioni che possano formare oggetto di contenzioso giurisdizionale.
